The only vodka in the UK to get three stars at Great Taste 2026.

Silvertear Vintage is a single small batch, made once a year and seasoned with wild birch leaves, buds, catkins and cambium bark. It's soft and clean with a gentle herbal note underneath.

So why is it so smooth? Most vodka is brought down to bottling strength with water. We use birch sap, tapped straight from the tree, and it makes up 60% of every bottle. The sap carries a trace of natural sugars and minerals that round off the burn and give the vodka a silky weight in the mouth. Try it neat and you'll see what the judges meant.
